BOOKS AND MATERIALS INCLUDED:<\/strong>
\nFirm orders for U.S. imprint publications, books in print, out-of-print, books on tape, pre-bound books, Braille books, university press books, encyclopedias, ephemeral publications, and pamphlets (bound and unbound).<\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION:<\/strong>
\nThis contract is optional. Libraries are encouraged to purchase from contractors who offer the materials and pricing that best meet their needs in the most practical and economical manner. Libraries should identify themselves as a University of Wisconsin System or Wisconsin Technical College System Library and reference the contract number 09-2229 when placing orders under the terms of the contract as listed below.<\/p>\n

ORDERS:<\/strong>
\nContractors shall accept paper, fax and electronic orders. Contact vendor for electronic ordering format\/information. Minimum order is one book or item (see exception – Ingram). Contractors will allow purchases up to $5000 to be made on a Purchasing Card (see exception – with fee by YBP Library Services).<\/p>\n

DELIVERY:<\/strong>
\nWithin thirty (30) days after receipt of a purchase order, the Contractor shall ship all available materials, titles, etc. and provide a statement advising the ordering Library of any item(s) not-in-stock and\/or any items(s) that are out-of-print (OP), temporarily out-of-stock (OS), or item(s) that are out-of-stock indefinitely (OI) and item(s) not supplied for other reasons. When reporting items temporarily out-of-stock (OS), Contractor shall, whenever possible, advise the UWS Library of the anticipated delivery date.<\/p>\n

RUSH DELIVERY:<\/strong>
\nContact \u00a0vendor for any additional Rush Delivery (24-hour) charges.<\/p>\n

FILL RATE:<\/strong>
\nEach Contractor shall maintain an average fill rate of eighty (80) percent in sixty (60) days from date of firm order for current U.S. imprint items. Line items that are reordered, back-ordered, or partially filled are not considered filled line items when calculating this service level. Orders not filled and partials shall be reported.<\/p>\n

F.O.B.:<\/strong>
\nDestination including delivery inside doors of library\u2019s receiving platform. Costs include shipping.<\/p>\n
